Ever wondered what Erich Zann’s music sounded like? Alexey Voytenko’s “The Music of Erich Zann” for violin solo (2009).

A very appropriate composition! In the tale, Zann is a viol player, referring to the viola da gamba, the Baroque instrument that’s held between the legs. IIRC, there’s a letter where Lovecraft calls Zann a cellist.
