Dear David: Trust me when I say that North Dakota would be the place for the follow-up to “AtMoM” called “On the Plains of Panic”. North Dakota is a place best left to buffalo, migrating birds, and roughneck oil workers. It took me more than 30 years to escape what I “lovingly” call America’s Gulag, and I will never return, willingly, to that vast and empty tract.
