The largest version I can find, online… anyone know to find a big version and the name of the designer?
The first time I saw this was around 1990, in the appendix section of the Spanish third edition of the Call of Cthulhu RPG. This Appendix had previously been printed separately as the Call of Cthulhu “Companion” (not sure of the exact title).
Of course, it was black and white back then 😉

I think this comes from the 4th edition of Chaosium’s Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game. I’m not sure who designed it or where you could find a larger version of it online, though.
