Computera 12 provides some nice scans of the Special Lovecraft issue of Heavy Metal (a seminal adult comics magazine — not to be confused with the music style). I see the French version has material that never made it to the USA version, including four maps of the Randolph Carter journeys.
The US version also omitted about three pages from the Necronomicon.
