Roy Magnuson of Illinois State University released a new musical work amid the bustle of Christmas 2014, which I missed the news of until his university noted it today. “Innsmouth, Massachusetts – 1927” is on the Naxos CD label. The music, inspired by H.P. Lovecraft of course, was recorded by the Illinois State University Wind Symphony with Dan Belongia conducting.
