DeviantArt’s CORE membership has a Black Friday sale on. It’s not a great offer, frankly. And you can’t pay by PayPal, and I’m always very wary about putting recurring annual memberships on a credit card (because they can be so difficult to cancel). But it might save you some cash, if you were going to buy a CORE membership anyway.
I think the banner flash is misleading. I thought “buy one, get one free” would mean: you buy a year, and you get a free year’s membership to give to a friend. But that doesn’t seem to be what’s on offer.
