The character’s strange name appears to be a straight English translation of ШТЫРЛИЦ. This was an old-school point-and-click comedy videogame series which — while hugely popular in Russia — had a type of humour only Russians could understand. The game appears to have involved a 1945 Soviet Russian spy dressing up as a Nazi (as was historically done, see the docu-drama movie 17 Moments of Spring), in order to trick a bunch of buffoon Nazis and steal Hitler’s gold…
For this reason, I’m guessing it might not be advisable to use the character for commercial purposes?

But now there’s also a more tropical base, called Utopia Labs. Perfect from your James Bond-ish villains, or as part of a Sky Captain / S.H.I.E.L.D.-like flying base…
