Philippine ejournals listing, three ejournals added

JURN is, in part, aimed at scholars and independent researchers in developing nations. So it’s always good to see the launch of a new list of open access ejournals, such as www.ejournals.ph for journals from the Philippines. Although it’s from one publisher and shouldn’t be regarded as a complete listing. Other independent Philippine ejournals of note in the arts and humanities are Literatura and Kritika Kultura.
