This was the issue in which the Editor trailed &#8220;At The Mountains of Madness&#8221;, saying&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;It creates one of the finest word pictures I have ever read.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/tentaclii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pointed.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/tentaclii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pointed.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"436\" height=\"225\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-61458\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some readers did not agree in the letters-pages, in later issues. Several being seemingly simply unable to comprehend it.
