This April 2023 issue has some Lovecraft interest for items relating to Lovecraft&#8217;s friend Maurice W. Moe. There&#8217;s a reprint of Moe&#8217;s &#8220;Amateur Journalism and the English Teacher&#8221;, a newly discovered item. This was his address to the National Council of Teachers of English in 1914.
