Presumably this re-opening means the 2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/library.brown.edu\/joshi\/\">S.T. Joshi Endowed Research Fellowship in H.P. Lovecraft<\/a> fellow will now be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/library.brown.edu\/info\/scholars-in-the-library\/\">lovingly sniff Lovecraft&#8217;s letters in person<\/a>.
