Only manages to note <em>Cats in Prose and Verse<\/em> (1948) as containing any Lovecraft items, and that only the short poem &#8220;Little Sam Perkins&#8221;. No mention of &#8220;The Cats of Ulthar&#8221; in a cat anthology before 1970.
