P. Lovecraft appeared on the common Czechoslovak book market as early as 1990 [as a] series of several parts containing the short stories was published by Zlaty kun (the cover and title pages were illustrated by Kaja Saudek).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This comment suggested to me that there were more covers like this, yet to be found.  A little digging finds that there are, and <a href=\"https:\/\/obchod.kajasaudek.cz\/PRO-SBERATELE-c13_41_2.htm\">you can actually still some of buy them<\/a>. Although not the Innsmouth one, for some reason.  The cover of the 1991 Randolph Carter translation is also &#8216;very Moebius&#8217;. and there are even a couple of R.E. Howard items. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.daildeli.cz\/saudekhal2.html\">Daildeli Databaze<\/a> has what appears to be the full set of covers and interior illustrations&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/oldimages\/04.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/oldimages\/04.jpg?w=529\" alt=\"\" width=\"529\" height=\"752\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-50130\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/oldimages\/covers.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/oldimages\/covers.jpg?w=529\" alt=\"\" width=\"529\" height=\"498\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-50124\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So far as I can tell, though he made many comics during his career, he never did a Lovecraft adaptation.
