Howard.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/oldimages\/tamur.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/oldimages\/tamur.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"363\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-37178\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The paper is in reasonable English and is under Creative Commons Attribution, and thus an English-language journal might be interested in publishing a re-formatted and expanded version.
