I assume the maker looked at which copy was the best and most complete scan, as there are often several versions of each issue on Archive.org.  One can also find there the sister title <em>Oriental Stories<\/em> even a few of the re-titled <em>Oriental Stories<\/em> which was <em>The Magic Carpet<\/em>.
