Lovecraft\u2019s interest in our fascinating felines.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/oldimages\/kitty.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/oldimages\/kitty.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"477\" height=\"700\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29238\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This week&#8217;s kittee is a change from long-lost illustrations dug out of archives.  <a href=\"https:\/\/hivemill.com\/collections\/stand-still-stay-silent\/products\/stand-still-stay-silent-the-blessed-felines\">The Blessed Felines<\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deviantart.com\/minnasundberg\">Minna Sundberg&#8217;s<\/a> impressive <em>Stand Still Stay Silent<\/em> graphics novels &mdash; available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sssscomic.com\/comic.php?page=1\">free-to-read<\/a> online or as <a href=\"https:\/\/hivemill.com\/collections\/stand-still-stay-silent\/products\/stand-still-stay-silent-book-1\">nice collected paper<\/a> editions. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s set in a future Scandinavia that has returned to a state of Nordic mythology complete with monsters, magic and cats (one of the few creatures to survive the plague&#8230;).  A bit &#8216;young adult&#8217;-ish but still enjoyable for the settings and superb quality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Celebrating H.P.
