The U.S. radio stations are reporting the passing of the great Stan Lee, of Marvel Comics fame, whose comics gave such enjoyment and edification to… millions? Probably billions, actually. His comics certainly very strongly and positively shaped the imagination of millions of the more imaginative kids in the generation who grew up between 1960 and 1980. I was one of them. His ‘Marvel Method’ and lack of condescension to readers changed the industry.
