I&#8217;ve just found it again, and have decided to give it away <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/tentaclii\/pdfs\/after-london-2010-ebook.pdf\">free as a PDF<\/a>. It&#8217;s not a critical edition or anything like that, and I&#8217;d produce it to a far higher standard these days.  But for anyone who wants it, it&#8217;s meant to serve as a &#8216;taster&#8217; for non-academic readers.
