Bound to be pretty good:<\/strong> Star Wars: Episode VII<\/em>; Avengers: Age of Ultron<\/em>; Spectre<\/em> (James Bond, sort-of futuristic); London Has Fallen<\/em> (British sequel to the excellent-if-only-seen-once Olympus Has Fallen<\/em>).<\/p>\n Ambitious:<\/strong> Jupiter Ascending<\/em> (Wachowski space opera); The Martian<\/em> (Earth tries to rescue a failed human landing on Mars); Tomorrowland<\/em> (optimism for a failed future).<\/p>\n Entertaining-but-forgettable:<\/strong> Ant-Man<\/em> (Marvel superhero); Lobo<\/em> (DC superhero); The Last Witch Hunter<\/em> (Vin Diesel as an immortal witch-hunter in New York).<\/p>\n Big dumb reboots (yawn…):<\/strong> Terminator<\/em>; Jurassic Park<\/em>; Mad Max<\/em>; Predator<\/em>; WarGames<\/em>; The Man from U.N.C.L.E<\/em>; The Fantastic Four<\/em> (again!?); The Jungle Book<\/em> (…why?). Nothing worth mentioning in horror or supernatural (other than Vin Diesel), and fantasy seems to have retreated into kiddie animation or big family-friendly Cinderella<\/em> \/ Peter Pan<\/em> remakes.
