Has nothing to say on Bolton&#8217;s fascination with Lovecraft&#8217;s various elitist philosophical stances and the racialist worldview he shared with his milieu. But van Leeuwen does allege, in passing, that Bolton was both the publisher and author of Walter Grimwald&#8217;s 1995 pamphlet <em>Lovecraft\u2019s Fascism<\/em>.
