You may have read that the V&amp;A is set to introduce admission charges soon under the new director Tristram Hunt, and I&#8217;d suspect it may also offer his distinctively <a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/spyders\/2016\/12\/16\/more-fake-news\/\">politically correct take on history<\/a>. But this V&amp;A exhibition is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vam.ac.uk\/exhibitions\/lockwood-kipling-arts-and-crafts-in-the-punjab-and-london\">free<\/a> and (according to <em>The Telegraph<\/em>) isn&#8217;t riddled with political correctness despite its subjects of British design and the Empire.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/spyders\/oldimages\/10.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/spyders\/oldimages\/10.jpg\" alt=\"10\" width=\"640\" height=\"967\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2353\" \/><\/a>Picture: J.
