And it seems to be so. Using the TOR browser just now, I was able to fully access a <em>Chicago Tribune<\/em> opinion piece on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/features\/books\/ct-prj-1020-hp-lovecraft-cult-20131020,0,2141976.story\">H.P. Lovecraft shedding his former lowly literary status<\/a> (only available to USA users, whereas I&#8217;m in the UK).  Also a London <em>Telegraph<\/em> article on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/finance\/10390571\/france-hollande-taxes-socialist-farrage.html\">the flood of French citizens fleeing the effects of socialism<\/a> (blocked for regular UK visitors by a subscription pop-up layer).  It works in both instances.
