In mid Sept 2011 the DOAJ listed 905 ejournals in the arts and humanities (excluding Linguistics).  This is now 1109.  That&#8217;s 204 such titles added in just over a year.  If last year&#8217;s DOAJ figure of &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/jurnsearch\/2011\/09\/19\/doaj-article-level-indexing-leaps-over-3000-journals\/\">45% of titles<\/a> indexed\/searchable at the article level&#8217; still holds, and is also broadly true of the arts and humanities titles catalogued, then the DOAJ <em>might<\/em> currently be offering article-level searching of around 500 arts and humanities ejournals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I just did a quick totting up of the additions to the DOAJ directory.
