So it&#8217;s always good to see the launch of a new list of open access ejournals, such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ejournals.ph\/\">www.ejournals.ph<\/a> for journals from the Philippines.  Although it&#8217;s from one publisher and shouldn&#8217;t be regarded as a complete listing.
