Subject Category: &#8216;Bibliography. Library science. Information resources&#8217;, then filtered by country of publication.  The paper&#8217;s claim seems to be correct&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/jurnsearch\/2016\/09\/russia.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/jurnsearch\/2016\/09\/russia.jpg\" alt=\"russia\" width=\"529\" height=\"105\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17820\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Switching to &#8216;Journal Language: Russian&#8217; has the same result.
