More alarming, we found that, of full-text requests linked through an OpenURL, a large portion &mdash; 20% &mdash; fail.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So&#8230; 40% of fulltext requests go to the wrong item?  And 20% fail altogether.
