Perhaps it&#8217;s something to do with the massive comet that&#8217;s headed our way later this year! Stonemason has just released the latest addition to his superb set of sci-fi environments.  The latest is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daz3d.com\/sci-fi-consoles-2013\">set of SF consoles<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/dazposer\/oldimages\/console.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/dazposer\/oldimages\/console.jpg\" alt=\"console\" width=\"300\" height=\"124\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2672\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Looks great, but I do wish that DAZ and Poser could do glowing objects more easily, spilling light into the air around them.  You can add glow after the render, in Photoshop + a few filters, of course. But it would be nice to make a prop or fabric glow as easily as you can in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.creativestoke.org.uk\/iclone-aff-real.html\">iClone<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The new consoles complement Stonemason&#8217;s recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daz3d.com\/sector-15\">Sector 15<\/a> interior, his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daz3d.com\/cryotube\">Cryotube<\/a>, and his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daz3d.com\/cryoenvironment\">Cryo Environment<\/a> deck&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/dazposer\/oldimages\/cryot.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/dazposer\/oldimages\/cryot.jpg\" alt=\"cryot\" width=\"300\" height=\"173\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2673\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also note that DarioFish has a nice new set of <em>Mass Effect<\/em> -style aliens for DAZ Genesis, the &#8220;HFS Races&#8221;, which keep on getting better.  The latest Iradian species <a href=\"http:\/\/www.renderosity.com\/marketplace\/products\/98783\/?AID=4737\">looks especially professional<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/dazposer\/oldimages\/iradian.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/dazposer\/oldimages\/iradian.jpg\" alt=\"iradian\" width=\"214\" height=\"214\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2674\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nIridian Poser materials free <a href=\"http:\/\/www.renderosity.com\/mod\/freestuff\/details.php?item_id=71319?AID=4737\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\nArtFarm&#8217;s recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurn.link\/dazposer\/?p=1114\">Zorn alien<\/a> would complement the Iradian nicely.<\/p>\n<p>Talking of comets, in advance of the huge interest there&#8217;s going to be in comets later this year, someone like Stonemason needs to do a quality &#8220;comet rider&#8221; sci-fi kit, with an awesome comet, and a mission craft to investigate it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lots of great SF 3D content appearing at the moment.
