I replaced the video VAE with <em>minimax_h3_video_vae_int8_convrot.safetensors<\/em> (3.7Gb from Kijai Experimental) which is much lighter and far faster. The video decoding\/frame-compiling was where the errors were happening for me. Not any more, and it&#8217;s much faster to decode too. Also, I&#8217;m now using Abiray&#8217;s turbo LoRA <em>minimax_h3_turbo_4step_ckpt850_V1.safetensors<\/em> set at 1.2 and with five steps. Euler, beta. But we&#8217;re only on about &#8216;day 7&#8217; after release, so Minimax still has a long way to go before all the components of a workflow can be optimised for a 3060 12Gb card.
