Long marked as &#8220;Unavailable&#8221; at Renderosity. No videos though there is a helpful short user-guide, and the software itself has a step-by-step workflow built in.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/texturepainterguide.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/texturepainterguide.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"190\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-19840\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/texturepainterguide.jpg 966w, https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/texturepainterguide-190x300.jpg 190w, https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/texturepainterguide-650x1024.jpg 650w, https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/texturepainterguide-768x1210.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 190px) 100vw, 190px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you want to see if you have it archived somewhere, the DAZ Studio installer was <em>DS3_TexturePaintHelperLoader_1.0.0.0_Win64.exe<\/em> (possibly DAZ 3 only) and it was <em>ps_ap204b_TexPaintHelper.exe<\/em> for Poser. Windows only. I find I have a copy of the latter installer. Re-installs and runs fine for me. Works with any Poser figure, is not restricted to a base V4 or just DAZ figures.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/tp2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/tp2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"552\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19839\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/tp2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/tp2-300x207.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/tp2-768x530.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It doesn&#8217;t appear to be a re-texturer \/ re-painter as such, but an overlay-builder (think &#8216;tattoos&#8217;, &#8216;body-paint&#8217;) which lets you use regular Photoshop to do the painting of the overlay. There may be better tools now. I guess 3D Coat, and I recall many used Blacksmith3D at one time, and <a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/index.php\/2022\/07\/24\/add-an-overlay-on-any-existing-texture\/\">a simple node setup in the Material Room<\/a> can also work with any Poser version, and don&#8217;t overlook that Poser 11 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pNt0U7suD3w\">had new Material Room features in that regard<\/a>. But it&#8217;s nice to know that <em>ye olde<\/em> standalone desktop software dedicated to working with a Poser runtime can still run. It only requires the <em>..\/content<\/em> folder and not access to Poser, so does not require a specific Poser version due to scripting etc. It knows about Poser runtime structures and presents these quickly and well. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2022-08-02_231519.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2022-08-02_231519.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-19841\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2022-08-02_231519.jpg 921w, https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2022-08-02_231519-300x251.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jurn.link\/dazposer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2022-08-02_231519-768x644.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><em>Pitterbill in Texture Paint Helper, 2022. A fine use of structured workflow with incorporated buttons for the user.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>No drag-and-drop from its loader library, over to the Poser stage. Lack of drag-drop or any keyword-search means it can&#8217;t be re-purposed for use as an alternative Library.
