Get &#8217;em while they&#8217;re hot.<\/p>\n<p>Once downloaded and extracted these can be searched with desktop-search software such as: DocFetcher (free and the best, but was broken by the very latest Java update); Multifind (free but has limitations); Copernic Desktop (nice but subscription-ware); or dtSearch (for pros, very expensive but you may find an old copy somewhere).  Or, possibly there&#8217;s something in Windows 10 that bypasses the need for such extra software.
